Adding a pool
The intent is that any Uniswap v4 pool on Robinhood Chain can be proposed, including pools that Pons launches graduate into. Proposed criteria: a minimum TVL held for a week, and a quote asset the indexers can price (WETH, USDC, USDT). Proposals would carry a BEEP deposit, refunded on acceptance, and be voted on by staked indexers.
Hooked pools would be indexed only when the hook does not modify swap pricing. Nothing here is final.
