Governance
Governance is deliberately narrow in the design. Token holders would vote on: the tracked pool set, the tolerance band, the slashing schedule, treasury spending and whether subscription fees are switched on. They would not be able to change the depth formula or the feed interface.
Draft process: a proposal needs a small share of supply to be raised and passes with a simple majority of a quorum after a multi-day vote and a timelock. Votes counted from a snapshot at proposal time. None of this is live; it is a draft for discussion.
